Why this Collab?
This collaboration of two women-owned companies, both centered on the sea, is one that came together with a shared love of shellfish, science, and the arts. The founder of Ostella is a scientist and the founder of On the Salt™ is an artist and educator. Beyond their love of oysters and clean coastal waters, both Founders are boaters and were collegiate swimmers. This shared pull to the water led to a collaboration with easy flow as they celebrate each others’ gifts. It has been an awesome experience working together.
